This is Zeiss filter set #09
Ex: BP 450-490
Dichroic: FT 510
Em: LP 515
Basically, your standard Fluorescein/GFP filter set.
Could use a disassemble and cleaning, but otherwise, it's good to go, as the Ex & Em filters are in good shape.
