Original this microscope was used with an automatic focus (see the left focus not) and an x-y auto position but I removed it because the step motors were out of date.
I took several photographs to show the image quality or green (GFP) and red fluorescence (TRICT) you can expect.  Please let me know if you have any questions. If you need more pictures, just let me know.
