ZEISS 5X/0.1 OBJECTIVE PART NO. 4584046 ON DOVETAIL MOUNT

Here is a used Zeiss objective 5X/0.1 also marked infinity/1.5 with part number 4584046.  Tried to find the application but without success.  The unit  looks great, nice clean front lens, but unable to test.
