Wild Heerbrugg M5 Stereo Microscope.Selectable discreet magnification  6x, 12x, 25x, 50x. As there is no zoom mechanism, this scope has only one moving part inside the optics body. This makes for an extremely robust microscope, very suitable for field or student use. Optics are excellent. The interpupillary adjustment  is from 55 mm to 75 mm and the numerical value is displayed in a window under the eyepiece tubes. One eyepiece is equipped with a removable, prefocused photographic frame reticle. The eyepiece diopter, optics carrier and focus mechanism are very smooth and functional. No stand is included.
The distance between the internal optical axis is 55 mm as opposed to 25 mm for the other scopes in the Wild line, therefore only accessories designed for the M5 will function in the parallel L&R optical paths between the optics carrier and the binocular head.
