Vintage Safe or Strongbox. Approx 15"x15"x24". I have another one something like this listed and told the other was an Army quartermaster safe but this safe has not markings so I am not sure of its use. It is very heavy. As you can see in the pictures, there are spare parts that are the dismantled lock. I have had this for years and have never done anything with it but it looks like you may be able to reassemble it if you know what you are doing. I don't. It is very solid except the front edge, as seen in picture, has separated. You cant' tell when it is sitting on the floor. Would be an easy fix. The handle on top turns to lock the lid shut.
