The calendar is in very good to excellent used vintage condition overall. - especially since it is 70+ years old. It is hard to imagine one in better condition unless it was never opened, displayed, used or exposed to air. It has amazingly little sign of wear, use, handling or storage. There is very little if any sign of wear on the punched holes designed to allow the calendar to be hung (maybe it never was). There is one small mark near the bottom left corner of the cover. The left hand corners have some handling wear and soiling, probably from page turning. There are some slight marks on the edges of the December pages and some wear and slight darkening marks on the edges on the back cover. It looks like the paper has yellowed naturally from age.
