    Description

    I'm calling this a reproduction although the quality seems to be very good.  I cannot find anything like it, along with others I have asked, and the US lettering on it just seems to be off.  The quality, though is what throws me off  as it is very sturdy and quite good construction.  So there is the possibility that this might be theater made, maybe Vietnam or occupied Japan?
    It was labeled as a medic pouch on the auction tag.
    Any insight would be appreciated.
