Instructions
1. Unbox your new mats. The above feature one of the mats for the driver's or front passenger's side.
*No need to wait for the
mats
to regain it's shape! It will never lose the shape no matter how you fold it.
2. Remove your old
mats
from your car. You don't need to remove your car seats or seat belts.
3. Lay your old
mats
on the back of new
mats
.
4. Use your old
mats
as a template and make an outline.
Our
mats
can cover most of the car so there could be large sections left over. We suggest you use a neon-marker so the color can show up clearly against the back of the mats.
5. Carefully and slowly cut out the shapes with your knife or
scissor
. Trim the edges and cut out holes if you need to. We recommend you use a knife to trace the outline and then use the
scissor
to cut it out. It can take up to twenty minutes if you are working alone.
6. Place the
mat
in your car and smooth it out. Your finished!
Alternative Step: Some cars can have a bit left over.You can convert it into a bridge to connect your two mats in the back by trimming it down or even it out to turn it into a house mat!
