It makes it really hard to list things when the company name changes as often as this one did.
I got this calibration grating in with a bunch of other accessories for the AutoProbe CP-Research Microscope.
What you see is what you get.
Someone has written on the box with magic marker 1um if that tells you anything.
Untested, sold as is, and NO warranty is offered.
HOWEVER, IF you pay the asking price and it has a problem that you cannot live with within 14 days of receipt you may return it.
