Playbill, 06/02/86, Cherry Lane Theatre, NYC.  The musical opened in NYC on 09/08/1913 and ran for 136  performances.
It was revived in 1929 and 1947.  This Light Opera of Manhattan production ran from 05/07/86 - 06/29/86.  The cast includes Tom Boyd, Ann J. Kirschner, Jon Brothers, Susan Davis Holmes, Mary Setrakian, Mark Henderson, David Green, George H. Croom, Donavon Armbruster, Bill Partlow, Slly Jo Ries, Eileen Merle, Ruth Alison, Cindy Lee Fairfield, Andrea Calarco and Theresa Hudson.  Music by Victor Herbert, lyrics by Robert B. Smith and book by Harry B. Smith and Fred DeGresac.  Directed by Raymond Allen and Jerry Gotham and choreographed by Jerry Gotham.

Condition is near excellent with wear.
CONDITION:
I use a six-step condition scale to describe the overall paper quality:  Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor.  Good means just that:  desireable for a collection with no immediate need to upgrade.  Excellent and Mint are usually reserved for publisher and music store remainders.  Expect Good-minus and Fair to have considerable wear.  All specific condition faults are noted after the general condition.
