    So, we are suppose to make this with the surface of the board to be easily Erasable.

    e have some customers complaining about once written on, and dried, it is hard to get the ink/writings off the board even with a wet cloth.
    So, we are selling this as "Non-Erasable" once written on. If you have issue with that please don't buy.
    Return due to not being able to erase will not be accepted.
