Recently acquired and fully functional at time of removal.  It is used so please expect some minor scratches, residue from use and other cosmetic imperfections. This item is to be used for its intended purpose. We did our diligence cleaning this item, but this item can still use a good wipe down upon receipt.
**RD400SL requires 12 AA alkaline batteries NOT included with purchase**
**RD400STx requires 10 D (LR20) batteries NOT included with purchase**
**Buyer is responsible for calibration if required**
