    Description

    Proto J46S2 Punch and Chisel Set
    This is the Proto Punch and Chisel Set, which originally had 26 pieces, this one has been modified slightly to include a few extra pieces as well as a few substituted pieces bringing the total to 28 pieces. There is one Kobalt branded chisel in the mix plus a few other non Proto branded pieces. There appear to be 22 of the original pieces plus 6 non-Proto pieces.
    The Proto Pieces boast:
    Made from S2 steel and specially heat-treated for greater strength and durability.
    Modified parabolic striking end to help reduce mushrooming and chipping.
    Black oxide finish to help prevent rust corrosion; extending tool life and performance.
    We are not the first owners of this tool set and do not know its full history. These are used tools and do show wear, but are still in good working condition.
