- We Do not Accept return of any item that is used for Canine Artificial insemination due to health and hygiene issues, however, the device is backed with a one year direct Manufacture warranty, thus, if the Device is defected within the manufacturer warranty period, we will fix the device or replace it based on the Manufacturer technical department decision.
- Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of any defective item within the manufacturer warranty to us.
