This is a combined set of Panpastel ultra soft pastel colors.  The set comes with all of the pastels from the 80-color # 30800 Panpastel set and all of the pastels from the 17-color #30817 Panpastel set, though none of the tools such as sponges, knives, etc. from either set are included.  The pastels are still new though there are one or two light, almost unnoticeable smudges on the tops of a couple colors and a few imperfections on the tops of a few others.  This sale also includes the checklist from the two sets, two identical Panpastel mini-booklets, and the set box for the #30800 set, all of which are overall in good shape with a little storage & handling wear and tear
