    Description

    Olympus U-DICTS Transmitted DIC Prism Slider. Like new in original box with no scratches or imperfections.  Shift type with rotating knob for variable shearing adjustment.  Also has a lateral slider to ideally adjust the prism to the back focal plane of different objectives. It slides into the nosepiece slot on all BX model microscopes (Olympus BX53, BX43, BX51, BX50 models with an upper nosepiece slider slot and IX71, IX73, and IX83 Olympus models with a lower slider slot).  It has a detent allowing the removal from the lightpath during normal brightfield observation. It works with all Olympus infinity (UIS & UIS2) objectives. It does not include lower polarizer, upper analyzer, or a condenser prism.  This is the ideal DIC prism slider for general specimens of varying thickness and for tissue specimens.  Olympus part #U-P106.  Free shipping only in the United States via USPS Priority.
