    Olympus BX Microscope Polarizing Set w/ 30mm Analyzer.
    Units surplus from an order by local curriculum district. The very few left are now listed on eBay.

    Custom made this assembly is designed to fit a certain range of Olympus BX microscopes. (See above)
    Composed from two polarizing units, one a rotary pol unit designed to be placed above the illuminator and a second part dedicated to be inserted in a 30mm hole under the microscope head.
    Detail Description:
    *******Polarizer (to be mounted above upper side of lower illuminator) is a multilayer glass linear polarizing filter.
    ******30mm analyzer is also a multilayer glass linear polarizing unit.
    ******* All mountings are made from 6061 Airspace aluminum. All polarizing filters are glass type.
    About Olympus BH2 Microscopes: Polarizer assembly will fit a BH2 scope but a particular solution is provided for the analyzer and in the next future we intend to list polarizing assemblies for these scopes.
    This product is not an Olympus original unit. Olympus never manufactured similar items.
