Nikon Labophot 2, Optiphot 2, TE200, TE300 Fine Focus Gear

Description

Metal replacement gear for Nikon Labophot 2, Optiphot 2, TE200 or TE300 fine focus shaft.
These shafts have 4mm diameter, the gear has 16 teeth and an outer diameter of 7,2 mm.
Some of the Nikon focus blocks also use the same fine focus shaft.
See a split original Nikon plastic gear and the repair solution on the photo. For repair remove the plastic gear, clean the shaft (alcohol pads included) and glue the metal replacement gear on the shaft. I will add a sufficient amount of Loctite 638 adhesive in a small vial and a toothpick to dip in the adhesive and put it on the shaft. This adhesive can be easily applied,any adhesive surplus can be wiped off after hardening because this adhesive only hardens in the metal/metal contact between the gear and the shaft.

two alcohol pads for degreasing and after cleaning, two additional lint free wipes
a small cable tie in order to create a temporary adjustable stopper on the fine focus shaft  in order to glue the gear in the correct axial position
