    Description

    One Nikon Eclipse compatible DAPI fluorescence filter cube in used condition.  The cube itself is made by Chroma and fits the Nikon Eclipse 90i (CFI60 optical system), but the DAPI filter optics are from a Zeiss Axio filter cube - this cube was originally a 33002v2, but I swapped its optics to a Zeiss P&C cube to get reflected brightfield capability on another microscope.  This cube will work fine for DAPI imaging with a compatible Nikon microscope even though it is not the OEM DAPI cube configuration.
