Here is a smt chip hybrid coupler, LDC33B030F0450A-200, from Murata for frequency range 450MHz. Shipped in cut tape from reel. Please check my other listing for other hybrid couplers.
NP: Pin 1 is the input port; Pin 5 and Pin 8 are the output ports with 90 degree lagging and zero degree respectively. Connect 50-ohm termination resistor which you may find from my listings to pin 4. Remember to ground pins 2, 3, 6 and 7. Refer to land pattern and dimensions for pcb layout design.
