New, unopened OSRAM HBO 200W L1 light bulb in original packaging.
Reference the table in the pictures for technical information.  The HBO 200W is represented by Figure 4 of page 8.
This listing is for a single light bulb.  More than one bulb is available for sale so the unit you receive may not be the exact bulb in the pictures.
From the OSRAM brochure:
"HBO mercury short arc lamps produce a line spectrum with a high radiation output in the UV and visible spectrum ranges as well as a continuous base radiation whose strength increases with increasing power density.  On account of the punctiform arc, optimum use can be made of the liminous flux and of the extremely high luminance (visible) and radiance (UV).
