This kit was  developed for users who have a Leica 35mm HC trinocular port on their  microscope.
You are bidding on a  Sony A Bayonet Mount to leica HC T2 tube length.
This adapter kit is for taking photographic pictures via your  Sony A (Alpha) DSLR camera. A list of Sony  Cameras (All APS-C sensors) that can be used with this adapter are shown below.
This is the item you are  purchasing. All new version with expanded diameter. The Dove tail  measures 34.3mm and is typically used in the 35mm Leica trinocular  tubes.
Two pieces lying side by side. One can see the expanded tube inside  to the left. This is my version of the typical Leica HC Dovetail.  This prevents picture framing or dark edges on your camera shots.
Attached to a Sony A (alpha) DSLR with APS-C  Sensor.

Sony A-Mount cameras which have an  APS-C sensor
The following list  of cameras use the A-Mount system.
The first group do not have "Live Screen View"  my suggestion is that you only use cameras with live view due to  focusing
Sony  a33, a35, a37, a55, a57, a58, a65, a68,  ,a100 ,a200 ,a290 ,a300
Besides the Sony A mount cameras Minolta AF Maxxum a5D and Maxxum  a7D use this same mount.  This is because Minolta was bought  out by Sony.  And the original mount was a ZA (Zeiss A Mount)
Starting with  a350 all cameras have "Live screen View"
Sony a350, a380, a390, a450, a500, a550, a560, a580 ,a700 ,a77,  a77II  ,a850 ,and a900.
Warning ! Do not confuse the  Sony alpha NEX  Which uses the "E" mount.  Sony really messed  this system up.  Its a translation thing. α and A are the same  letter in Japanese. If you need more clarification Email me.
Other Applications
The above Leica HC dovetail (center) with camera Bayonet removed  and then a C-Mount on (right side) and screwed on to the adapter  (left side).
