Infinity InfiniStix-PLUS mini modular microscope (M3) assembly for video imaging / machine vision with coaxial illumination. Removed from a custom setup, like-new condition.
The assembly includes LDS/4x power module amplifier, 1x main body with port for 0.312" fiber-optic illuminator guide, and 68mm W.D. x0.66 long-mount objective. Effective magnification is x2.64 and working distance is 68mm.
InfiniStix-PLUS are InfiniStix with built-in illumination beam splitters. Highly reflective dies, wafers and polished metallic flats can be illuminated coaxially. Otherwise known as co-incident or “epi-” illumination, coaxial delivery originates from within the InfiniStix-PLUS module itself. Specifically, InfiniStix-PLUS incorporate Infinity’s coaxially-matched illumination concept. Each InfiniStix-PLUS has a unique collector lens positioned in the light path that assures optimum performance in terms of contrast and resolution.
