    DETAILED DESCRIPTION
    :
Please don't wait until the last 10 seconds to bid, this jar is a treasure. Have a look online and check out the prices on larger Nampeyo jars. My results found jars by Clinton Polacca Nampeyo this size from ,000.00-,100.00. I am offering a stunning very LARGE Native American vintage hand coiled Hopi Pueblo polychrome pottery jar by the renowned Hopi potter CLINTON POLACCA NAMPEYO. Large, outstanding example, approx. 13" across x 8 1/2" high, mouth opening is 2 1/2", circumference 'around' the jars belly is 38". Traditional jar with Nampeyo migration design. Clinton Polacca Nampeyo of Hopi Pueblo, Hopi / Tewa from the Kachina clan, active in 1975. Clinton is the grandson of Nampeyo, grandson of Fannie Polacca Nampeyo and the son of Harold Polacca and his wife Alice. Text reference: Hopi / Tewa Pottery 500 Artist Biographies by Gregory Schaaf. Please see reference photo #11, asking price is ,600.00 for a very similar jar however, a smaller example, I will send a physical copy of that with the jar for your reference.
IMPORTANT CONDITION DISCLOSURE: The jar has suffered a 1 3/4" chip on the top rim, several photos show the chip and photo #10 shows the chip up close. A couple of minor scuffs noted from age, jar is shown from every angle possible, top & bottom. This Nampeyo jar is being offered as acquired, as found. Even with the rim chip this jar is worth quite a bit of money. I am stepping out in faith and hoping that the serious Hopi Nampeyo pottery collectors and galleries see this auction, jar is very worthy of repair to the rim, or leave it alone, it displays magnificently and would highlight any superior Native American Hopi Pueblo pottery collection. Photos do not do this pot any justice. My starting bid is VERY VERY LOW and there is NO RESERVE. I do not make money on shipping. Obviously, this jar will require special care and custom double boxing. It will be an over sized USPS Priority item and be fully insured. USPS double boxed Priority insured
shipping with signature required delivery to any destination in the U.S.A. is .00.

    WHO WE ARE:
YA'AT'EEH (Greetings) I have spent many years on the reservation and offer superb reservation acquisitions from family members and elders. I have been on eBay for over 20 years both buying and selling a few things "here and there" as a "pass time hobby", I have collected for over 40+ years and have many beautiful and rare items to offer. In this ever changing world we live in and not being able to return to work, I decided this year to create an eBay business, this is a new business.
    IMPORTANT RETURN POLICY
: It is the responsibility of the bidder to read the auctions detailed description and view all the photos, so you know exactly what you are buying. My auctions are like 'old fashion auctions', I do not offer returns. I kindly ask that you contact me within 48 hours (2 days) of receipt of your purchase should there be any problem, I want you to be happy with your purchase and become a repeat client. Feedback is
    greatly appreciated
and will be returned after it is left.
    IMPORTANT MULTI PURCHASES
    :
It is always my pleasure to combine shipping when safety is not being compromised. If you purchase more than one auction item,
please wait for a combined shipping invoice
and please communicate with me so I can serve you better. Once you pay, eBay requires that I ship within 24 hours / 1 day, otherwise they will place a strike against my account. The items I offer are mostly antique or vintage in age, thus, gently and lovingly used. PLEASE read the entire description and PLEASE view the many high resolution close up photos provided which exhibit a true account of the item you are purchasing. PLEASE contact me with any questions you might have PRIOR to bidding, bid retractions are not appreciated and greatly hurt auctions, so please if in doubt, please ask
    .

AHEHEE' (Thank you) for your kind understanding and good luck.
