I have and use an Aqueous Technologies SMT800-CL PCB Washer in my business. I noticed my dry cycles were taking too long so I investigated to find two of my duct mounted heater elements were damaged. One can disconnect power, remove all the jumper wires and measure each element for internal resistivity. A good unit will read 24 Ohms. I had one that was good, one that was zero(0) Ohms, dead,  and one that was at about 15 Ohms, on it's way out. When I measured the current for my heater bank, I noticed the current was pretty low.
I contacted Aqueous Technologies, but the parts are obsolete and they did not have a cross. I have a background in process heating, so I removed a unit, measured it up and had it quoted from some US based heater element manufacturers.
I needed 3, I bought 15. I assumed I was not the only person looking for this part.
