Ships in membrane box and vacuum-packaged, ready to install. Multiple item orders may have longer lead times and could ship in parts or from different locations.
This  new extractor for the Micrion / FEI 10nm Jupiter Head 30kV ion column is compatible with the Micrion 2100 and Micrion 9100 FIB systems. This hard-to-find part provides user with unique opportunity to cost-effectively replace extractor electrode, while saving up to US0 over OEM prices for the replacement extractor. This extractor is designed to be refurbished and re-used multiple times, potentially saving up to ,000 on the cost of consumable extractors over the life of the part.
