Brand-new PBS&T extractor electrode assembly for
23nA version of
FEI Sidewinder and Tomahawk focused ion beam columns. Replacement for OEM P/N 403527235971. Cleaned for Ultra High Vacuum (UHV) service, packaged in Class 1000 environment, and ships in pre-cleaned, vacuum-sealed membrane box, ready to install. Body of each extractor assembly is uniquely identified by laser-marked serial number, PBS&T logo, and type of the mounting thread.
This new extractor assembly was designed and tested to be compatible with FEI Sidewinder and Tomahawk 30kV ion beam columns operating with 23nA maximum current. It may be used for routine maintenance of Strata, Certus, CLM, ExSolve, Helios, V600, FIB 400, FIB 400ACE, and other Focused Ion Beam (FIB) and dual-beam FIB/SEM systems produced by FEI Company. Direct replacement of disposable OEM P/N 4035 272 35971 by rebuildable PBS&T CA_0008_N2 part provides cost-effective alternative for OEM consumable extractor electrode, while saving up to US0 over the cost of first replacement. Unlike the disposable OEM part, PBS&T extractor assembly is designed to be rebuilt and re-used multiple times, potentially providing over US,000 of cumulative savings on the cost of consumable extractors over the life of the assembly.
PBS&T parts designed as cost-effective drop-in replacement of OEM consumables for routine maintenance of Focused Ion Beam (FIB), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), and dual-beam FIB/SEM equipment. All PBS&T consumables are carefully produced, inspected, cleaned for UHV service, packaged in Class 1000 clean environment, and shipped vacuum-sealed in pre-cleaned membrane boxes. Successful installation and reliable operation of SEM and FIB consumables is highly dependent on qualification of the installer. We would gladly provide advice and other reasonable support for DIY installation. However, due to extremely sensitive nature of pars and high value of SEM and FIB equipment, we can not provide any formal warranties, guarantee compatibility with any particular instrument, or suitability of these parts for any particular purpose. Verification of compatibility with any particular equipment and suitability of PBS&T parts for any particular purpose is the sole responsibility of buyer.
