This  new extractor cap for the FEI Pre-Lens 30kV ion column is compatible with FIB 200, FIB 620, FIB 800, FIB 235 and FIB 835 Focused Ion Beam and dual-beam FIB/SEM systems. This it provides user with opportunity to cost-effectively replace extractor electrode, while saving up to US0 over OEM prices for the new replacement extractor. This extractor cap is designed to be refurbished and re-used multiple times, potentially saving up to ,000 on the cost of reusable extractor caps over the life of the part. This is a third-party component which was designed and tested to be compatible with, however was *not*  manufactured, verified, or approved by the OEM of compatible FIB or SEM equipment.
