The items are in

cosmetic and working condition.
Upon inspection of the devices, I noticed heavier scuffs and scratches on all sides of both devices.
The receiver has paint stains (see pictures #2-#6).
There are paint stains inside one of the compartments on the carrying case (not pictured).
The carrying case is dirty, stained, and torn (see picture #12).
There is heavier discoloration on the transmitter (see pictures #7-#11).
All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
I was able to power on the receiver using 6 in-house C batteries.
I was able to power on the transmitter using 8 in-house D batteries.
The displays are tested to be working on both devices.
I was able to test the Mode, Depth, Up/Down arrows, On/Off, and Ant Sel buttons to be working on the receiver.
I was able to test the Frequency, Volume, Power Outputs, On/Off, and Timer buttons to be working on the transmitter.
I was able to set the frequency input and output on both devices and the receiver was able to detect the cable connected to the transmitter.
When pointing the receiver to the side of the cable, an arrow and signal strength displayed on the receiver screen.
Products are in working condition.
A carrying case is included.
