Digitrak F5 HDD Directional Drill Locator and F5p Sonde in Case

Description

This is a used Digitrak F5 Falcon HDD Directional Drilling Locator along with a paired Digitrak F5p Sonde.  All components are in good condition with scuffs, marks, scratches, paint spray residue and wear but no structural damage to report.
The F5 locator powers on properly, pressing the main trigger turns it on. It beeps for a couple of times and then goes into the main menu where you can use the little joystick controller to move around to view/change settings. I put two batteries (C-Cell, not included) in the Sonde and was able to validate that the transmitter properly connects and is able to see the sonde.  I ran through some other quick tests and all looks to be in good working order.  The unit shows just over 126-hours of run-time on the receiver, I am not sure on the transmitter sonde but would imagine it to be around the same.
I did call Digitrak with the serial numbers of both the receiver and sonde and according to their records there are no liens on the units and nobody previously registered them. I do not have any other history on the units other then that information.
All batteries sold with the unit are as-is with no guarantees on life or longevity. During my testing the battery took and held a charge and were able to operate the unit without any need for external power.  A generic charger was purchased, it was tested and works fine with the unit.
