    DETAILED DESCRIPTION
    :
PLEASE, do a search online, I have located pottery jars this size by the renowned Zia / Hopi potter Corn Moquino for 0.00 no kidding. Corn Moquino was born in 1929 and passed in 2016. He began creating pottery in 1963. I have located a few small examples in Scottsdale and Santa Fe galleries, he is a highly sought after potter considered important. This jar comes with his original business card, as pictured. The son of Benina Moquino (Zia) and a Hopi father. He was married to Christine Herrara (Santa Clara) and created sgraffito pottery at Santa Clara Pueblo. This jar measures 3" tall x 3" across, bulbous form, circumference (around the jar) is 10", mouth opening is 1 3/4". The jar is black & sienna in coloration, fully polished then etched with a design. There are two roadrunners etched into the clay with desert yucca plants, it shows the roadrunner searching for his meal and then victory as he catches a small snake in his mouth. The yucca and roadrunners are two-toned black & sienna. The jar is signed on the bottom in the clay "CORN MOQUINO" with the his figural corn signature. In very good condition with no chips, cracks restoration or repair.

    IMPORTANT WHO WE ARE:
YA'AT'EEH (Greetings) I have spent many years on the Reservation and offer superb Reservation acquisitions from personal collection, family and elders. In this ever changing world we live in, I decided this year to create an eBay business, this is a new business, thus very little feedback, but I'm working hard to try and earn your good word. I have been on eBay for over 20 years both buying and selling as a 'pass time hobby' and have collected for 40+ years, I have many beautiful and unique items to offer. Please put me on your "follow list" so you will be notified when new offerings are listed.
My auctions are like 'old fashion auctions', I do not offer returns. I kindly ask that you contact me within 48 hours (2 days) of receipt of your purchase should there be any problem, I want you to be happy with your purchase and become a repeat client.
    Feedback is
    greatly appreciated
and will be returned after it is left.
    IMPORTANT MULTI PURCHASES
    :
It is always my pleasure to combine shipping when safety is not being compromised. If you purchase more than one auction item,
please wait for a combined shipping invoice
and please communicate with me so I can serve you better. Once you pay, eBay requires that I ship within 24 hours / 1 day, otherwise they will place a strike against my account. The items I offer are mostly antique or vintage in age, thus, gently and lovingly used. PLEASE read the entire description and PLEASE view the many high resolution close up photos provided which exhibit a true account of the item you are purchasing. PLEASE contact me with any questions you might have PRIOR to bidding, bid retractions are not appreciated and greatly hurt auctions, so please, if in doubt, ask.
I will ship immediately after confirmed payment is received. By purchasing from Southwest-Estate-Relic-Hunter you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the terms within.
AHEHEE' (Thank you) for your kind understanding and good luck.
