Combat Recon Manual Republic of Vietnam - POI 7658, Patrolling FTX, prepared by Project (B-52) Delta, HG. NhaTrang, booklet, published by Teresa Ann.  The booklet's material looks to be 8 1/2" x 11" pages shrunk down to 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", thus the small print.
The booklet has creased corners.  The cover has light wear, dark marks and color darkening (see photos 1 & 2).
