    This is my item 646A.  1 was available at listing time.
    When power was applied, this unit did not come on.  This is normal if no Mercury Vapor Lamp / Lamphouse is attached to the unit.
    What this means is that if you get this unit and it does not function, I will refund all your money and pay the shipping for a return.
    I expect that this works fine.  I don't have a lamphouse to test this with.
