Description
Typically used in wine making prior to fermentation to lower acidity in the juice or must. Unusually high acidity can cause your wine to taste very "sharp" and unpleasant.Typical usage rates start at 1 tsp per gallon and should not exceed 3.5 tsp per gallon.
