    Polarizing Assembly - Retrofit - Compatible
    Retrofit - Compatible – Polarizing Assembly Microscope will fit an Olympus BH2. Custom made this assembly is designed to fit a large range of Olympus microscopes.
    Composed from
    two polarizing units,
    one a rotary pol unit designed to be placed above the illuminator and a second part to
    be placed under the microscope head also a linear polarizing
    lens.
    Please look at the attached pictures they represent the way and the place polarizing filters are mounted. This is not an original Olympus device. (Olympus never manufactured similar devices)
    Device will to fit an
    under stage illuminator with approx. 50mm diameter – the upper part.
    PLEASE CHECK THIS DIAMETER BEFORE BUYING.
    The microscope shown in the attached pictures is not included. You will receive the device shown in the attached pictures.
    Important Note:
    Under the microscope head you can have one of the following configurations:
    A. The intermediate lens is in place - a mounted POL lens will reduce the viewing field.
    B. In many situations the microscope head will crush any lens thicker than 2.2mm.
    You will receive as analyzer a flat linear polarizing lens laid down under the microscope head
    - able to satisfy all the above configurations.
