AMSEC UL-1812D Firesafe

Description

Sandstone color.  Essentially in mint condition - I don't see any handling wear inside or out.
UL listed 350/2-hour fire rating.  Will withstand a 30ft drop. 3.5" thick recessed door.  7/8" locking bolts.  Rubber feet.
25”H x 18”W x 23”D outside dimensions.
Changeable combination lock per UL Group II.
Weight 310 pounds net.  Yes it's heavy and would need a lift truck or good dolly to move it.  I can wrap in 3-ply cardboard for your moving and set on ply & 2x4 skid if you wish.
Recessed door, 2 adjustable shelves, velour interior (includes touch-up paint but manuf. paint vials may need to be reconstituted to work, I never opened them).
Factory rigged to be bolted internally to wood or concrete floor with hardware (included).
For weapons, can only store handguns.
I can ship this but you will need to arrange for shipping and will need 4 days to get it crated.  If you want me to crate it, add as Home Depot prices for ply have increased.  Be sure to request a lift gate from the shipper.
