Amscope PCT200-INF Phase Contrast Kit for 690 Series Microscopes w/ Case

Description

One used Amscope PCT200-INF phase contrast kit for 690 series microscopes in good cosmetic and functional condition.  This kit comes with everything required for phase contrast imaging using a B690, T690, or FM690T series microscope - a 1.25NA phase contrast condenser with required phase rings, four Plan corrected phase contrast objectives (4x 0.10, 10x 0.25, 40x 0.65, and 100x 1.25 oil immersion), a centering telescope to align the condenser, a blue filter, and a storage case.  Phase contrast imaging increases the contrast of otherwise nearly transparent features of a sample by structuring the illuminating light and blocking out the background illumination after it has passed through the sample.  This kit was used with a T690C microscope which, at the time of listing, is also available.
