AMBU CPR Manikin Resuscitation Dummy Case Bags Faces Torso Kit Simulator

I picked this up at a dive shop that went out of business.  The shop trained captains and divemasters in CPR among other things.  This fellow has seen better days.  The case itself doesn't latch properly.  It is dirty.  The face covers are cracked.  There is some sort of red foam inside (see pic) that is breaking down and making a mess.  The mess is reminisce of when my kid wore his baseball cleats inside but I digress.
The unit compresses as I remember it did when I was trained and when I took off the face cover that was in the first pic, the bag was still in there leading me to believe that may work, too.  I mean, how does a bag not work?  There are lots of them in there, too.  As for the lines and tubes, that's beyond my knowledge as far as working.  I don't even know what they do.
You get it all.  Dude, bags, spare parts, case, red dirt, everything.  It's heavy and bulky, and shipping will undoubtedly be rough so feel free to make me an offer to get it out of my storage.
