    Description

Presented today is this lovely Storyteller from Acoma Pueblo, depicting a young maiden holding 3 babies. She appears to be singing to them. She's 4 inches tall, and was made by Judy Lewis, a member of the legendary Lewis family. She was born in 1966, and became a
    full-time
artist in 1986. Her specialty is adding small details to her storytellers, like butterflies and blue birds. This beautiful example has both, plus a tiny pot that is a work of art all by itself.
Judy has won numerous awards at the Santa Fe Indian Market and the Eight Northern Pueblos Arts & Crafts Show.
