How to use:

This oil filter cutter is a handy tool for removing or replacing oil filters.
Operation steps:
① Place the oil filter on the 2 bearings and adjust the swivel handle to hold the filter in place.
② Put the filter cutter firmly on the oil filter canister.
③Hold the cutting tool with one hand, tighten the handle with the other hand and turn the filter until the filter is cut.
