I am selling my very rare 2001 Audi S8, a fantastic luxury sports sedan. This car features Audi’s rally proven Quattro four wheel drive, aluminum chassis and body, a 4.2 liter V8, working sunroof, excellent black leather interior, a killer Bose sound system, a massive trunk, Michelin Pilot Sport all season radials (2 brand new) as well as heated seats and steering wheel.It is hard to describe how wonderful the ride is and how magnificently it accelerates and continues to pull to its 7,000rpm red line. All of this in supreme luxury with stellar traction and handling. After dark this can all be done in the glow of the red backlit control panels.For additional reliability and ride comfort the car over the last year has benefited from new upper and lower control arms, new brake rotors and pads all around, a new fuel pump, crank position sensor and rear drive shaft.Minor paint scratches and a slight dent in the rear trunk lid. Rear bumper paint could use some attention and the headliner could use a little tightening.
